Retention schedule
What ClubPress keeps, for how long, and what happens at the end. The periods are configuration (config/clubpress.php → retention) and are applied every night by php artisan clubpress:purge, which writes what it removed to the audit log.

Financial records are retained for six years because tax law requires it (Ireland: Taxes Consolidation Act; UK: Companies Act / HMRC). Everything else is kept only as long as the purpose it was collected for.
