Teamer closes on 5 October, and there is no export button.
Teamer shuts down on Monday 5 October 2026. Its own FAQ says there are no export tools, so every name, email and phone number in your account disappears that day unless somebody copies them out first. Here is how to do that. It takes about twenty minutes and it costs nothing.
Today is the last day to save your data
No signup, no email address needed. We sell club websites, and we'd rather you had your data either way.
What's actually happening.
Straight from Teamer's own shutdown FAQ, so you can check every line of it yourself.
Read Teamer's shutdown FAQ- The platform closes on Monday 5 October 2026. After that, team and user data is no longer accessible.
- There is no export. Teamer's words: "there are no export tools to make a team's events and members lists portable to a new system."
- Teamer Premium subscriptions were cancelled during September 2026, so you should not be billed into October.
- Teamer is owned by Pitchero Group, and the FAQ points clubs at Pitchero. That is a suggestion, not an instruction — you are free to go anywhere.
The FAQ doesn't say what happens to anything owed through Teamer Payments. If you have collections running, ask them in writing before 5 October and keep the reply.
Get your data out. Twenty minutes, one spreadsheet.
Do this on a laptop, not a phone — copying out of a table is much easier with a mouse. Do it today rather than at the weekend: nothing about this gets easier as the deadline gets closer.
-
1
Open Teamer in a web browser, not the app
Sign in on a computer. The members table is selectable text in a browser, which is what makes the next step possible; the phone app is not.
-
2
Copy the members table into a spreadsheet
Go to your members list, select the whole table, copy it, and paste it into Google Sheets or Excel. Do it one team at a time if your club has several — it is easier to check afterwards. What you want is every name, email and phone number.
-
3
Tidy it into columns you can actually use
Split what you pasted into the columns below. This is the bit that turns a screenshot into something a new system can import, and it is worth the ten minutes.
-
4
Copy your events and fixtures too
The FAQ says events go the same way as members. If your season's fixtures, training slots and match times only exist in Teamer, paste those into a second tab before they go.
-
5
Save it somewhere the club owns
A club Google account or the club email, not the secretary's personal laptop. This list is the most valuable thing your club owns after the pitch, and it has now been lost once.
-
6
Tell your parents what is happening
One message: Teamer is closing on 5 October, here is how we will contact you from now on. It stops eighty people ringing the manager on a Saturday morning when the app stops working.
The columns to use
Make the first row of your spreadsheet these headings. It is what ClubPress imports, and it is close enough to what everyone else imports that you will not have to redo it if you pick someone else.
- First name
- Last name
- Date of birth
- Team / age group
- Parent or guardian name
- Mobile
- Notes
One row per player. Put parents on the player's row rather than giving them their own — it keeps siblings together, which is what you want when fees and discounts come round.
Where to go next, honestly.
We build club websites for a living, so take this with the appropriate pinch of salt — but the honest answer is that plenty of teams don't need what we sell.
One team, and Teamer was just the availability poll
Use something free. Spond and Stack Team App both do availability, squads and messaging at no cost, and both import a spreadsheet. You do not need a website and you should not pay for one.
A whole club, and Teamer was holding the club together
This is the harder case. If Teamer was where your member list, your fees and your contact details lived, you need something that does all three, not another free polling app — and you want it in one place before next season's registration.
You were already thinking about the website
Then this is the shove. The retyping is happening anyway, so it may as well be typed into the thing you will still be using in three years, rather than into a stopgap you replace in May.
Whatever you pick, check one thing
Ask how you get your data back out. Teamer had no export and that is exactly why this page exists. If the answer is vague, that is your answer.
We'll do the retyping for you.
There is no import from Teamer, for us or for anybody else — somebody has to type it in. If your club goes ahead with ClubPress, that somebody is us. Send the spreadsheet or the screenshots, and we load the members, the teams and the fees so the registrar doesn't spend a fortnight on it.
Your site is built and live in about two weeks, with registration open so this season's fees can come in online rather than in an envelope. That is the same build and the same price as any other club — it is all on the pricing page, no "contact sales".
We type it in
Members, parents, teams, age groups and this season's fees. You check it rather than enter it.
Registration is part of it
Once the families are loaded, parents register online and pay by card, in instalments, or at the club — into the club's own account, not ours.
You can take it away again
Whatever we load stays yours. If you leave, we export the lot and point your domain wherever you like. That is the whole point of this page.
One thing, and we'd rather say it than not: don't email anyone your members' details until you've decided, us included. We sign the data processing agreement with your club first, and only then do you send the file.
Moving off Teamer? Tell us where you're up to.
Whether you want a site or just a second opinion on where to put the list, send this and you'll get a real reply from a person. No account, no sales call unless you ask for one.
Or just email aaron@clubpress.app.
