A proper website for your club, that keeps itself up to date.
Modern club sites with fixtures, news and match reports that write themselves. Built for grassroots football clubs, and looked after so you never have to.
No signup. No sales call unless you want one. Just reply and I'll send a mockup in your colours.
Sound familiar?
The last news post is from two seasons ago, because the one person who could update the site moved on.
Parents ring the manager on Saturday morning asking where the match is, because the fixtures page is a PDF from March.
You're asking a local business for sponsorship and hoping they don't look at the site first.
None of that is your fault. Club websites die because keeping them alive is a job nobody signed up for. ClubPress is built so that job mostly does itself.
Four things your club actually needs from a website.
Match reports without the work
Enter the score and one line about the game. ClubPress writes the match report and the social post, in your club's voice. The news section never dies again.
Fixtures that update themselves
Every team's fixtures and results, pulled in automatically and always current. Parents check the site, not the WhatsApp group.
A site that looks the part
Modern, mobile-first, in your crest and colours. Good enough to put in front of a sponsor. Fast enough to open on the sideline.
You're never stuck
Hosted, maintained and backed up by us. Something breaks, a season rolls over, a new team joins — you email a person, and it's sorted.
One site, switched on a piece at a time.
Every club starts with the core. Add-ons are switched on when you want them, and off again if you don't — nothing gets deleted.

Registration
Add-onA registration page with your steps and fees, a form parents fill in on their phone, and a registrar inbox with CSV export.
Paid add-ons are quoted plainly per club. Switch one off and its data stays put, ready for when you switch it back on.
Here's a real club site we built.
Rathcoole FC was the first club on ClubPress. Have a poke around — the fixtures are real, the news is real, and the committee updates none of it by hand.
Football for every kid in Rathcoole
Boys and girls teams from the academy right up to youths, training two nights a week.
U12s edge five-goal thriller against Lucan
New training kit has arrived — collection Thursday
Academy registration now open for 2026/27
Mobile first
Most parents open it on a phone at a pitch with one bar of signal. It's built for that.
Fast
No page builders, no plugins, no bloat. Just the club, loading in under a second.
Yours
Your name, your crest, your colours, your domain. Nobody else's branding on it.
Score in. Match report out. Thirty seconds, from the car park.
Nobody has time to write match reports, so nobody does, and the news page rots. ClubPress does the writing. The coach does the bit only they can do — what actually happened.
Coach enters the score
Full-time whistle. On their phone, in the car park: the score, and one line about the game if they fancy it.
ClubPress writes the report
A proper match report in your club's voice, plus a ready-to-go social post. Read it, tweak a word if you like, hit publish.
It's on the site and on socials
News section updated, result recorded, post out to Facebook and Instagram. Parents see it before they're home.
You barely lift a finger.
The biggest worry we hear is "this sounds like a lot of work for us". It isn't. We migrate your existing content — teams, pages, sponsors, the lot — and you tell us what's wrong with the draft.

1
We build your site
Send us your crest, colours and current site (if you have one). We build the whole thing and move your content across. About two weeks.
-
2
You approve it
We send you a link. You show the committee. You tell us what to change. We change it.

It goes live, and stays current
Fixtures pull in on their own. Coaches post results from their phones. You get on with running a football club.
Upfront, because committees hate surprises.
One setup fee, then a monthly care plan that covers everything. No tiers to decode, no per-user charges, no "contact sales".
Build, content migration, your domain hooked up, launch.

That's less than one training session's pitch hire a month, for a site the whole club uses every week. Most clubs cover it with a single sponsor logo in the footer.
A person, not a platform.
I'm Aaron Lumsden, a developer who builds websites for grassroots football clubs. ClubPress started because every club site I looked at was either abandoned or a chore, and neither had to be true.
When you email, you get me. When something needs fixing, I fix it. ClubPress is run by Rendella Media Ltd, a small web studio, which is who your invoice will say.
hello@clubpress.ioCan we update it ourselves?
Yes, easily. Every club gets an admin area that works on a phone. Post news, add a team, upload a document, change a sponsor logo. And if you'd rather not, email me and I'll do it.
What happens to our current content?
We move it all across as part of setup: pages, news you want to keep, team lists, sponsors, policies. You don't retype anything.
Do we own it? What if we want to leave?
Your domain, your crest, your content and your data are yours, always. If you leave, we hand over an export of everything and point your domain wherever you like. No lock-in, no exit fee, no hard feelings.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from you sending us the bits to the site being live. Faster if you're quick with feedback.
Is our data safe?
Yes. Everything is served over HTTPS, backed up daily, and hosted in the EU. Safeguarding documents and anything about children are only visible to the people you say can see them. We never sell or share member data.
Can we take registrations and payments?
Yes, as add-ons. Online registration forms with a registrar inbox, and a club shop that takes card payments. Quoted separately so the core price stays simple.
Who gets the money from the shop?
The club does, directly. The shop runs on your own Stripe account, so card payments land in the club's bank account and the club's name is on the parent's statement. ClubPress takes a small percentage per order, stated up front; Stripe charges its usual card fee. Refunds are a button in your admin.
What about photos of the kids?
The gallery reminds whoever is uploading to check consent every time, resizes photos for the web and doesn't keep the originals. Albums stay hidden until you publish them, and unpublished ones are only visible to club admins.
What about our Facebook and Instagram?
Keep them. ClubPress posts results and reports to them for you, so the site and the socials say the same thing without anyone doing it twice.
See what your club's site could look like.
Fill this in and I'll send back a mockup of your homepage in your crest and colours, usually within a couple of days. Free, no obligation, and no account to create.
